Overview

As the Vice President of Finance at LearnLux, you will lead the company’s financial strategy, operations, and execution, ensuring the financial foundation needed to support growth.

In Short

• Lead financial strategy and operations for LearnLux.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO and COO.
• Oversee FP&A, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Build scalable financial processes and systems.
• Deliver actionable financial reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning.
• Manage compliance and audit readiness.
• Support capital planning and investor communications.
• Identify opportunities for financial efficiency and rigor.
• Help define the roadmap for building an internal finance team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or fintech environments.
• Strong background in FP&A and financial operations.
• Deep understanding of GAAP and compliance requirements.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership.
• Ability to operate independently in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with global financial operations.
• Hands-on experience with financial tools like QuickBooks.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
