Overview

The Head of Finance at LearnLux will oversee traditional finance responsibilities and work across teams to improve efficiency and productivity in a fast-growing remote-first company.

• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, COO, and Board on growth and operational excellence.
• Implement processes for real-time forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A in a high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial reporting and audits.
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, or similar advanced credentials preferred.
• Proven ability to build budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Experience in global financial operations and contractor payments.
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial information.
• Excited to take a hands-on role and grow into leadership opportunities.
• Involvement in fundraising processes preferred.
