Overview

As an Ecommerce Customer Satisfaction Specialist at Vibram, you will play a crucial role in delivering premium customer service and supporting sales and marketing initiatives in a dynamic, fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Part-time, temporary position effective from May to August.
  • Work hours are Monday to Friday, 11am to 4pm EST.

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Prior experience in the outdoor/athletic industry is preferred.
