Position Overview

We are seeking a Meta Campaign Deployment Specialist to join our media team and execute high-volume, precision-driven paid social campaigns for Vi’s wellness and healthcare clients. This role is responsible for translating media strategies into flawless campaign builds and deployments across Meta platforms, ensuring compliance with healthcare advertising standards while driving measurable business outcomes.

• Translate media plans and creative briefs into fully built campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Implement sophisticated audience targeting tailored for healthcare and wellness audiences.
• Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters for precise measurement.
• Ensure all campaigns adhere to Meta’s healthcare advertising guidelines.
• Conduct rigorous QA of creative assets, copy, targeting, and tracking prior to launch.
• Monitor pacing, spend, and delivery daily to ensure campaigns hit performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with strategists and analysts to recommend optimizations.
• Support A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaign execution with client KPIs.
• Contribute to post-campaign reporting by documenting key learnings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of direct, hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Meta Platform; healthcare/wellness experience is a plus.
• Proven success in executing campaigns that meet performance targets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deployments.
• Proficiency with tracking implementation, including Meta Pixel and UTM tagging.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
