Test Automation Engineer - Remote

Overview

VetsEZ is seeking a mid-level Test Automation Engineer to support the Health Data Management (HDM-VDIF) program, which manages various software products and health data integrations.

In Short

• Develop automated tests in collaboration with software developers and analysts.
• Create end-to-end test automation solutions and document issues.
• Collaborate with QA leads to define and promote enterprise test strategy.
• Design and execute tests against user stories.
• Perform data validations using complex SQL statements.
• Create scalable test automation frameworks for middleware and APIs.
• Plan and execute regression testing activities.
• Provide testing estimates and meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot software issues.
• Stay current on tech trends and take on additional responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field; minimum 10 years of experience.
• Skilled in manual and automated testing with Selenium and Java.
• Proficient in JIRA; familiar with Rally.
• Knowledge of Section 508 tools and AWS services.
• Expertise in designing test automation frameworks for APIs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
