Overview

VGS is seeking experienced contact center professionals for full-time, remote positions as inbound benefit support representatives, focusing on TRICARE beneficiaries.

In Short

  • Full-time remote position starting September 3, 2025.
  • Eligibility limited to U.S. Citizens in specific states.
  • Requires prior customer service or call center experience.
  • Seven weeks of paid training provided.

  • Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to work from home and maintain reliable attendance.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of integrity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and other computer applications.
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to attend and complete 8 weeks of paid training.
  • Must provide own computer and meet specified internet requirements.
