In Short

  • Investigate and respond to technical support requests.
  • Reproduce, document, and escalate confirmed software bugs.
  • Query and validate platform data to troubleshoot user-reported problems.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with users.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support.
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Use tools like Intercom, Zendesk, and JIRA for support ticket management.
  • Support daily operational tasks including product catalog validation.
  • Liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on trends and pain points.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in technical support or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree (STEM or technical majors preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with APIs, browser dev tools, and debugging techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy and composure under pressure.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Team-first mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Bonus: Experience in veterinary or healthcare software environments.
