In Short

• Own and evolve the full-cycle talent acquisition strategy across all departments.
• Lead, coach, and grow a small team of recruiters and coordinators.
• Partner closely with execs and hiring managers to understand needs and design smart, efficient hiring plans.
• Build and maintain a high-performance recruiting engine with clear metrics, pipelines, and tracking.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to elevate our talent brand.
• Implement scrappy but effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Own recruiting systems and tools (e.g., ATS) and continuously optimize processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes from the ground up.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong knowledge of ATS systems and recruiting tools.
• Highly analytical with a bias toward action and iteration.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating with ambiguity.
