Very Good Ventures is seeking a Senior Engineering Lead to drive technical excellence and mentor teams in delivering high-quality software solutions for clients.

• Lead client engagements by writing code and architecting solutions.

• Participate in talent development and acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience, preferably in mobile and full-stack.
• 4+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Exposure to pre-sales or business development.
• Cloud expertise (Google Cloud, AWS, Firebase, or Azure preferred).
• Experience with AI Engineering is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
