We are looking for a Senior Engineering Lead in Uruguay who will be deeply embedded in client engagements—writing code, architecting scalable solutions, and directly coaching teams to navigate complex technical and business challenges. This role is highly hands-on, requiring you to not only lead but also actively contribute to project development, ensuring high-quality execution that meets client needs. You’ll work closely with clients to shape technical strategies, mentor engineers and engineering leads to align with evolving requirements, and play a critical role in identifying opportunities to expand and deliver impactful solutions.

You will work closely with our clients, lead cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping our technical strategy—particularly in Flutter and full-stack solutions. Requirements

Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken (C1 level or above).
10+ years of software development experience, with a strong track record in mobile (Flutter preferred) and full-stack development.
4+ years in a technical leadership role.
Experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
Pre-sales or business development exposure.
Cloud expertise (preferred but not required).
