Flutter Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Flutter Software Engineer to support the final development phase of an audio sharing app, focusing on feature development, bug fixing, and code maintenance.

In Short

• Full-time contract role for 8 weeks (May–June), then part-time until December 2025.
• Work remotely from Latin America.
• Design and implement features for a streaming mobile app.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Flutter code.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs across the app.
• Perform routine app maintenance and refactoring.
• Fluency in English (C1 or higher) required.
• 2–3 years of experience in Flutter mobile development.
• Strong understanding of streaming architectures and reactive programming.
• Experience with music/audio files playback is a plus.

• Familiarity with RxDart and/or similar streaming libraries.
• Self-starter attitude with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in debugging and performance optimization.
