Senior Software Developer (Fullstack) - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Senior Software Developer (Fullstack) at a GovTech startup in Germany, focused on digitalizing public administration.

In Short

• Develop end-to-end features for products using Vue3, Nest.js, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate closely with public administration clients to design and implement product components.
• Create requirements profiles for architecture and data models.
• Develop MVPs and prototypes for client presentations.
• Document and enforce coding standards for the codebase.
• Take technical responsibility for a portion of the product portfolio.
• Contribute ideas for product development.

Requirements

• Product-minded Full-Stack Engineer with end-to-end feature implementation skills.
• Ability to take ownership of work results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• Strong knowledge of Vue3, experience with MongoDB and Nest.js.
• Knowledge of Figma, Software Testing, Software Architecture, GitHub Actions, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker is a plus.
• Several years of experience in software development.
• High intrinsic motivation to contribute to the digitalization of public administration.
• Relevant degree or equivalent work experience; applications from career changers with motivation and experience are welcome.
