Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a mixed-methods researcher.
• Experience with research tools like Qualtrics.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Process-oriented and proactive.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in market research or HR is a plus.
