DevOps Engineer/Platform Engineer - Remote

Overview

The DevOps Engineer/Platform Engineer will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure while contributing to the continuous improvement and automation of our development processes.

In Short

• Proficient in firewall management, especially pfSense or OPNSense.
• Expert in Linux system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Automate manual processes using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Containerize workloads using Docker and manage them with Kubernetes.
• Utilize Git for version control and repository management.
• Configure and manage networks, VPNs, and VLANs.
• Set up and maintain MySQL servers.
• Implement server monitoring solutions and generate performance reports.
• Provide end-user support for Mac and Windows environments.
• Lead the design and maintenance of mobile device management solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies in a dynamic environment.
