Salesforce Developer - Remote

Overview

As a Salesforce Developer, you will work with business and technical partners across the company to maximize the benefits of the Salesforce platform. You’ll design, build, and maintain highly effective tools used by our international employees.

In Short

• Lead and be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of custom and scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best use the Salesforce platform and products.
• Create and handle administrative processes including workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Implement new enhancements including the creation of custom objects and workflows.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities using custom code as needed.
• Collaborate with functional managers to develop business solutions.
• Document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Provide first-level support for issue identification and resolution.
• Develop reports and dashboards to oversee data quality.
• Maintain data quality and manage system integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Developer or similar role.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
• Experience in a Technical Lead role and Agile methodologies.
• Intermediate proficiency with Force.com Platform and Salesforce Lightning.
• Proficiency with mobile design and mobile SDK preferred.
• Knowledge of software development life-cycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with other programming languages, including JavaScript.
• Considerable knowledge of business systems integration.
• Experience developing custom Salesforce solutions.
• Proficiency with code change control using GitHub.
