Requirements

• 90% English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
• 3+ years of experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• At least one Salesforce certification required.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC).
• Ability to serve as a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to break down business requests into manageable steps.
