Operator Qualification Regulatory Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Regulatory Specialist is responsible for completing a specified number of Evaluator, Operator Qualification (OQ), and Drug & Alcohol assessments each year, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

In Short

• Oversee and update Operator Qualification plans.
• Assist in onboarding new clients for regulatory processes.
• Conduct annual reviews of the Operator Qualification program.
• Provide assistance in OQ-related procedures and task matrices.
• Interface with clients for day-to-day regulatory support.
• Collaborate across departments for consistent processes.
• Become proficient in Verisource and Web Management Site.
• Adhere to Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Participate in regulatory inspections and assessments.
• Conduct training sessions related to OQ and regulatory subjects.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a technical school.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Working knowledge of Information Security systems.
• Experience in pipeline operations is preferred.
