Overview

Veriff is hiring a Senior Account Manager for its USA Account Management Team, focusing on enterprise customers in the Americas. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across a portfolio of Veriff’s largest clients.

In Short

• Develop trust and relationships with customers
• Ensure growth and product utilization within the customer base
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Expand relationships with existing customers
• Serve as a communication link between customers and internal teams
• Ensure timely delivery of services according to customer needs
• Resolve customer issues and maintain trust
• Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders
• Assist with challenging customer requests or escalations

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as an Account Manager in the SaaS industry
• Experience with analytical tools and data-driven performance assessments
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and positive customer feedback
• Success in partnering with clients to drive product utilization
• Experience working with Account Executives and Product Teams
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the EMEA region
• Fluency in English; knowledge of FR, DE, or ESP is advantageous
• Previous CSM/AM experience in the IDV/IDVaaS industry
