Accounts Payable Associate II - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Associate II is responsible for timely processing of invoices for Vericast using established policies and procedures requiring the use of accounting principles, theories, concepts and techniques.

In Short

• Hybrid position requiring 2-3 days in the office.
• Process invoices and resolve purchase to pay issues.
• Support audit inquiries from internal and external requests.
• Reconcile accounts or prepare reporting as assigned.
• Participate in system upgrades and project work.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of 3-way and 2-way matching.
• Strong communication and Excel skills required.
• SAP experience preferred.
