Technicien planification interventions H/F - Remote

Overview

In the context of developing our activities, CHAPUIS is looking for a customer service/planning officer to ensure appointment scheduling with our clients and the planning of our agents' interventions, particularly for the renewal of water and gas meters in private homes.

In Short

• Ensure appointment scheduling with clients for home interventions (outgoing calls without commercial approach, about 80 calls per day)
• Use our mapping tools and planning software
• Establish the best strategy for using available contact methods (email, SMS, and phone calls)
• Explain to clients the nature of the interventions performed
• Assign interventions to agents and establish their daily route on smartphones
• Monitor the progress of each agent's intervention route
• Be proactive in improving planning and logistics of field operations
