Overview

The Water Technologies and Solutions Analytical Instruments product line is seeking a Sales Account Manager for the Puerto Rico territory to develop partnerships, expand sales opportunities, and support end users.

In Short

  • Develop strong partnerships with customers in Puerto Rico.
  • Expand the install base and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Present industry-leading solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts for long-term success.
  • Attend regional conferences and trade shows to create sales opportunities.
  • Resolve customer conflicts and provide timely solutions.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report on account status.
  • Travel to customer sites within the territory.
  • Utilize commercial expertise to grow networks.
  • Achieve yearly sales targets and grow professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Life Sciences.
  • At least 5 years of capital equipment sales experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-focused skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial applications for product lines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in GMP life sciences environment preferred.
  • Endotoxin and microbiology testing experience is a plus.
