Overview

The Sales Account Manager will support the East Industrial and Environmental Territory, focusing on developing partnerships with customers in various sectors to drive sales and provide technical solutions.

In Short

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in the industrial and environmental sectors.

  • Travel within the eastern territory of the United States and Eastern Canada.

  • Attend trade shows and regional conferences to create sales opportunities.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report on account status.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales or related customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical understanding of competitors' products.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
  • Experience with analytical instruments in industrial settings is preferred.
