Responsable Achats IT H/F - Remote

Overview

The Responsable Achats IT is responsible for managing the IT procurement team and overseeing all IT purchasing activities for Veolia Water Information Systems.

In Short

• Manage a team of IT buyers and a contract manager.
• Develop purchasing strategies for various IT categories.
• Oversee strategic suppliers and optimize IT purchasing.
• Launch and manage procurement projects (RFP, RFI, etc.).
• Define and achieve IT purchasing objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures.
• Cooperate with the Group's Purchasing Department.
• Manage risks associated with IT purchases.
• Support operational teams in defining their needs.
• Promote sustainable digital practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Purchasing or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in IT procurement.
• Experience in team management and complex project management.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of purchasing processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for internal client relations.
• Dynamic, autonomous, and adaptable to change.
