In Short

• Responsible for regional purchases in the Centre-West and South-West regions.
• Implement the Veolia purchasing strategy within the regions.
• Coordinate and support regions in the purchasing procedure.
• Manage local/regional purchases and oversee transverse purchasing categories.
• Develop relationships with local suppliers.
• Ensure compliance and validation of strategic supplier panels.
• Deploy group contracts within the regions.
• Provide necessary training on the P2P process.
• Oversee regional purchasing performance plans.
• Propose optimization plans and innovative ideas in purchasing.

Requirements

• Higher education specialized in purchasing.
• Three years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in negotiating and deploying framework contracts.
• Ability to manage complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal clients.
