Overview

Veolia, a global leader in environmental services, is seeking a Payroll Manager to manage payroll and time management processes within the Defense Environmental Services division.

In Short

• Manage payroll entries and ensure accuracy of payslips.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes in payroll systems.
• Control variable payroll elements and prepare mass loading files.
• Monitor compliance with social guarantees and manage employee inquiries.
• Prepare and validate monthly and quarterly social contributions.
• Provide payroll-related advice to employees.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulations.
• Participate in payroll parameter adjustments due to regulatory changes.
• Conduct mass controls on payroll data and reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional payroll management certification with BAC +2 or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of social regulations and payroll.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience in time management is a plus.
• Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Discretion and responsiveness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
