Contract Manager F/H - Remote

Overview

The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the contract database, ensuring compliance and completeness of documents, and supporting various projects within the organization while being based at the headquarters in Rueil-Malmaison.

• Administer the contract management tool and update data.
• Ensure proper classification and archiving of contracts.
• Control the compliance of documents integrated into the contract database.
• Prepare periodic reports on the status of contracts.
• Support contract management across various projects.
• Analyze and revise contracts for legal risks.
• Assist operational teams in contract negotiation.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Perform legal monitoring related to the role.
• Participate in transversal projects within the legal department.

Requirements

• Degree in law or legal management (Bac +4 to Bac +5).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of private and public contract law.
• Experience with digital management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• Adaptability to manage various tasks.
• Good command of legal English is a plus.
