Sarpi Ecoservices BE, with operational activities in Beerse, Jumet, Sint-Niklaas, and an administrative hub in Ghent, has about 130 employees. Our sites located in Beerse and Jumet are logistical platforms where hazardous waste is collected, sorted, and stored. Our site in Sint-Niklaas specializes in the recycling of solvents.

In Short

• Coordinate the availability and reliability of company vehicles and logistics materials.
• Plan maintenance and repairs for trucks, vans, and logistics equipment.
• Maintain good communication with drivers and the planning department.
• Manage relationships with garages and suppliers.
• Provide administrative support to the Logistics Manager for vehicle purchases.
• Document and manage costs related to vehicles and assets.
• Create purchase orders in the SAP system and follow up on invoices.
• Possibility to expand the role based on interests.

Requirements

• Strong technical feeling and interest in vehicles and logistics materials.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate constructively with colleagues and external partners/suppliers.
