Overview

The Visual Brand Designer will play a crucial role in shaping and evolving the visual identity of our brands, creating high-quality creative concepts, and collaborating closely with marketing, product teams, and external partners.

In Short

• Develop and refine the visual appearance of brands including logos, color palettes, and typography.
• Create and maintain brand guides to ensure a consistent brand experience across all communication channels.
• Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns for both online and offline communication.
• Design visual content for social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Create print materials including flyers, brochures, and posters.
• Present design solutions and gather feedback from teams and stakeholders.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Utilize strong technical skills to implement high-quality designs.
• Engage in continuous improvement of design projects through constructive feedback.
• Possess excellent communication skills in both German and English.

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in media design, communication design, or a comparable qualification.
• At least ten years of professional experience in brand, visual, or communication design.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to efficiently implement design ideas.
• Creativity and a strong sense of style.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and common image and video editing tools.
• Experience with agile working methods and project management.
• Ability to work independently and pragmatically.
• Strong team player with cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
