Visual & Brand Designer - Remote

Overview

As the first full-time designer at Teambridge, you will lead the design efforts to bring our brand to life across various channels in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Join the marketing team as the first full-time visual designer.
• Work on brand development across website, social media, and events.
• Own the evolution of brand guidelines and design toolkit.

• 4+ years of visual or graphic design experience required.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Suite is essential.
• Organized and proactive work style is necessary.
• Experience with B2B SaaS brands is a plus.

Requirements

• 4+ years of visual or graphic design experience (freelance or in-house).
• Figma & Adobe Suite expert.
• Experience building for web, social, and digital marketing.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and color.
• Passion for design and attention to detail.
• Portfolio of polished work across channels.
• Organized, responsive, and proactive.
• B2B SaaS experience is a nice-to-have.
• Motion design experience is a nice-to-have.
