Senior Visual Designer (Brand) - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Lead the design and execution of Affirm’s marketing and product communications.
• Partner with Product and Content Designers to develop a unified design ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Growth, and Brand teams.
• Contribute to the development of Affirm’s Communications Design System.
• Co-design in-app experiences and seasonal campaigns.
• Educate teams on visual strategy and best practices.
• Drive innovation in user communications through new design techniques.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in brand, visual, communication, and/or product design roles.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual design.
• Experience designing for email, web, and in-product messaging.
• High proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and email design tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, motion design, and accessibility principles.
• Ability to articulate design thinking and rationale clearly.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• A strategic mindset with attention to detail.
