Senior Visual Designer - Remote

Overview

This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team based in the Netherlands. We combine our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Gant, Inter Milan, bol.com and Just Eat Takeaway.

In Short

• Creating best-in-class experiences, design systems, and visual designs.
• Collaborating with talented designers in a client-facing role.
• Working closely with Design Leads.
• Balancing independent work with team engagement.
• Bringing fresh ideas on best practices and cross-industry insights.
• Translating strategy, data insights, and UX into stunning interface designs.
• Presenting work to clients and stakeholders while handling feedback gracefully.
• Owning the final delivery, ensuring the highest quality in both design and implementation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a visual designer at an agency or renowned brand.
• Experience with designing websites, apps, and digital products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience and passion.
• Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Figma and Design Systems is a must.
• Experience in motion design (Jitter) and AI tools is a big plus.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Immediate availability to start working in the Netherlands.
