Veeva Systems is seeking an Employee Success Partner to enhance its HR capabilities in Eastern Europe, focusing on attracting top talent and managing employee relations while supporting business growth.

• Develop and drive Veeva’s employer brand in Eastern Europe, particularly Poland.
• Attract and manage employee relations to enable business growth.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure the right talent is in the right roles.

• Leverage data to drive insights and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hiring experience in the Polish Talent Market.
• Ability to establish and nurture candidate relationships and talent communities.
• Strong judgment, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, autonomous, and a team player.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
• Highly resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity.
