Overview

The Financial Counselor is responsible for registering patients, validating insurance eligibility, and providing quality customer service in a healthcare setting.

Requirements

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and navigating the Internet.
• Ability to handle intense customer interactions.
• Must be able to lift <20 lbs.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in a noisy environment.
