Overview

The Clinic/Provider Partnerships Analyst is responsible for gathering and interpreting contact center performance and quality data while collaborating with department and clinic leadership to develop proactive action plans.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Cognos, Avaya, Power BI, Tableau).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, or Healthcare Management.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage shifting business priorities and timelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel (15-20%).
• Physical ability to lift 20 lbs and manage prolonged sitting.
