Legal Operations Associate, Regulatory Filings & Compliance - Remote

Overview

Decile Group is seeking a Legal Operations Associate to support venture capital fund regulatory filings and core fund legal operations. This role focuses on compliance execution and regulatory filings, specifically in the context of private funds and venture capital.

In Short

• Prepare and coordinate regulatory filings for private investment funds.
• Manage regulatory deadlines and compliance tracking.
• Perform quality assurance review of all filings.
• Coordinate investor questionnaires and required disclosures.
• Work with external fund counsel and filing agents.
• Ensure compliance with securities regulations.
• Support fund formation and governance processes.
• Assist with entity management and fund maintenance.
• Support AML/KYC processes.
• Track investor and fund data for compliance.

Requirements

• 3–7 years experience as a fund or corporate paralegal.
• Direct experience with private funds or securities law.
• Hands-on experience with Form ADV and Form D filings.
• Strong understanding of Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL) boundaries.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
