Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Construction Specialist to join our team, focusing on supervising runway construction activities and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

In Short

• Supervise day-to-day runway construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to approved construction drawings and specifications.
• Monitor work zones for safety and quality compliance.
• Interface with site teams and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Attend coordination meetings and report on project status.
• Support construction planning and resource distribution.
• Work with QA/QC and HSE teams for compliance.
• Conduct inspections and verify test results.
• Maintain daily reports and construction logs.
• Provide technical input for complex runway components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of civil construction experience.
• Experience in airside works, particularly runways.
• Deep understanding of civil construction methods and standards.
• Knowledge of ICAO and FAA regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with both asphalt and concrete runway construction.
• Familiarity with digital reporting tools.
• Ability to solve field challenges proactively.
