Project Manager - International Nuclear Security - Remote

Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will manage international nuclear security projects in challenging and dynamic environments.

In Short

• Manage overall cost, schedule, technical, and quality of assigned projects.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and control execution of all business and technical functions.
• Manage local and regional procurements and payroll operations at international locations.
• Lead project technical and cost proposal development.
• Perform schedule and cost management, including resource planning and budgeting.
• Conduct risk management, including planning and mitigation strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with partner country stakeholders.
• Prepare deliverables and ensure quality products for the US government client.
• Monitor and report on project progress and significant milestones.
• Provide oversight of U.S. Government property.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical/business field.
• 10+ years of related work experience, with 4 years in international project management.
• U.S. citizenship and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20%).
• Project management certification preferred.
• Experience with nuclear/radiological security projects preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to manage distributed teams in foreign countries.
