Project Manager, International - Remote

Overview

Frida is seeking a Project Manager to join our Operations team and be responsible for managing projects in the pipeline, ensuring on-time delivery of new products primarily focused on international markets.

In Short

• Manage projects in the pipeline for international markets.
• Integrate cross-functional teams to create cohesive project schedules.
• Track and manage project scope, assessing impact and risks.

• Report weekly on project progress and address risks.
• Liaise with sourcing teams and vendors.

• Ensure compliance with user, quality, and regulatory testing.
• Work closely with supply chain and logistics.
• Support other projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred).
• 2-3+ years of project management experience in consumer goods.
• Experience managing new product development.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for various materials.
• Experience with international regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Gantt Charts and Asana.
• Strong influencing skills and relationship building.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills across teams.
