Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented ICT & Communications Lead to join our team! In this role, you will play a critical role in delivering a robust and future-ready ICT infrastructure that supports the operational efficiency and digital transformation of a major airport project.

In Short

• Lead the design review and coordination of ICT and communication systems.
• Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and compliant with standards.
• Liaise with stakeholders to align ICT infrastructure with operational needs.
• Supervise and manage the ICT installation phase.
• Oversee factory and site acceptance testing and commissioning.
• Manage interfaces between ICT packages and document dependencies.
• Monitor and control scope changes in ICT infrastructure.
• Identify ICT-related risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Resolve technical and coordination issues impacting delivery timelines.
• Provide regular updates to project management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 10 years of experience in ICT and communications engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of airport ICT systems.
• Proficiency in interpreting ICT design drawings and specifications.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience with Smart Airport technologies and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination for ICT systems.
• Prior involvement in ORAT-related ICT readiness and commissioning.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Cisco, PMP, ITIL) are an advantage.
