Overview

The HSE Officer at Parsons will oversee and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at project sites, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE inspection.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership qualities and teamwork focus.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to project changes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Experience in Qatar or the Gulf region preferred.
