Overview

We are hiring a BSA Officer who will lead and administer our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/OFAC compliance program. Ensure the credit union meets all regulatory requirements while helping to protect the credit union from financial crimes and reputational risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a people leader/manager.
  • 5+ years’ experience in BSA/AML/OFAC compliance.
  • Professional certification (CAMS) preferred.
  • Experience with compliance monitoring systems preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in banking operations preferred.
