The Enabling Works Director will oversee and manage all construction activities for a large-scale infrastructure project in North West Saudi Arabia, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Requirements

• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes in Saudi Arabia.
