Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented FPS-117 Radar Engineer to join our team, supporting the RSAF Officer-in-Charge in training and maintenance of radar systems.

In Short

• Support RSAF Officer-in-Charge in specialty aspects.
• Monitor RSAF training and recommend improvements.
• Train RSAF Engineering Officers and Warrant Officers.
• Produce engineering training material.
• Perform intermediate level maintenance as required.
• Minimum of 15 years experience with FPS-117 Radar.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of radar operations.
• Experience in installation, testing, and upgrades.
• Support Mobile Maintenance Team functions.
• Travel to remote radar sites for maintenance and training.

Requirements

• BS degree or 20+ years of related experience.
• 15 years experience with surveillance Radars.
• Specific experience with FPS-117 required.
• Experience with Air Defense Ground Radar systems.
• Knowledge of antennas, processors, and data transmission.
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to develop and maintain radar systems.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Willingness to travel for work.
