Overview

The HSE Manager at Parsons will oversee safety, health, and environmental issues throughout construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

In Short

• Provide assistance to construction supervision on safety, health, and environmental issues.
• Review contractor safety submittals and conduct regular HSE audits.
• Develop and maintain HSE plans and reports.
• Deliver HSE training to personnel.
• Monitor project sustainability and compliance.
• Conduct accident/incident investigations and ensure proper reporting.
• Supervise contractor safety performance and qualifications.
• Prepare monthly HSE metrics reports.
• Collaborate with functional teams on safety performance improvements.
• Participate in recruitment and performance reviews of HSE staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE, with 10+ years in a managerial capacity.
• Professional certification (CSP, NEBOSH Diploma, etc.).
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Arabic speaking is an advantage.
