Scrum Master for Customer Insights & Digital Channels - Remote

Overview

Vattenfall Eldistribution is looking for an engaged Scrum Master with an interest in the energy sector to support our product teams in driving customer interactions and insights.

In Short

• Support three agile teams as a Scrum Master.
• Facilitate collaboration between product owners and teams.
• Promote a strong team culture and continuous improvement.
• Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum values and practices.
• Identify and remove obstacles affecting team efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Work on complex forecasts and customer insights.
• Design and develop web products for Vattenfall Eldistribution.
• Contribute to the energy transition towards a fossil-free society.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree in a technical field.
• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Experience in the energy sector is an advantage.
