In Short

• Plan and execute strategic events (both in-person and virtual)
• Develop and manage annual field marketing and events calendar
• Build deep relationships with sales to understand pipeline opportunities
• Coordinate event logistics from start to finish
• Track key metrics and create reporting to ensure business impact
• Work closely with sales and marketing operations to optimize tools
• Proficiency in marketing analytics, marketing automation tools
• Manage event staff while on-site
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in field marketing and event management
• Strong collaboration skills with sales teams
• Ability to track and analyze marketing metrics
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tech stack
