QA Analyst - Remote

Overview

The aim of our Quality Assurance team is to uphold the highest standards of excellence for the Incentive product. This involves a systematic process of reviewing, meticulous testing, and evaluating various aspects of the product to guarantee consistency, reliability, and excellence.

In Short

• Testing new features, logging defects, validating defect fixes
• Performing all aspects of verification, including functional testing and regression testing
• Collaborating with a cross-functional team to gain understanding and influence business requirements to ensure excellent quality
• Being the voice of quality, raising issues when needed, and highlighting risks
• Delivering timely estimates of testing tasks and scope work
• Ensuring a great customer experience

Requirements

• 3 months to 1 year of Software Testing experience or related experience
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
• Understanding of relational databases (SQL) and web service technologies (REST)
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, engineering, or similar)
• CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher is required
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
