Product Quality Associate - Remote

Overview

The Product Quality Associate will be responsible for managing client issues and enhancing the client experience while supporting technology implementation projects across retailer clients.

• Coordinate completion of support tickets.
• Assist Account Management team with client communications.

• 2-3 years experience in Customer Success.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Advertising.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, ideally with enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of paid media platforms (Google, Meta, Pinterest).
• Familiarity with ticket management applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
