Engineering Lead / Manager - Remote

Overview

Vantage is growing again and we are looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead to join our team. This role will be critical in providing leadership to our dynamic team, overseeing the team's daily operations and focusing on delivering high-quality software. • Lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• 5+ years of development experience, ideally in Python and/or React.
• Ad platform API expertise (Facebook, Google, Pinterest, etc.).
• DevOps and deployment experience on Azure, GCP, or AWS is a plus.

Requirements

• At least 2 years leading a team of 6-8 engineers.
• Hands-on experience writing high-quality code.
