As Staff Product Manager for Upmarket Onboarding at Vanta, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution for onboarding mid-market and enterprise customers, ensuring a tailored and efficient experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML for customer solutions.
• Proven track record of driving large initiatives.
• Deep customer empathy and understanding of workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders.
• Genuine excitement for building AI and non-AI products.
• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS onboarding and activation.
